Letter to parents for maintained school inspections (includes the parents' questionnaire)

The letter:

• informs parents the school is due to be inspected

• provides some basic information about the inspection

• provides contact details for the inspector

• has the parents' questionnaire.

Parents and carers of children whose school is due for inspection should read our leaflet explaining why and when we inspect, and how to share their views: School inspections: a guide for parents and carers.

The letter is available in different languages.
